Mumbai, May 16, 2019: Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited, a focused and innovative specialty chemical company, today announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2019. The Company reported sales of Rs. 1028 crore in 2018-19, as against Rs. 1008* crore for the corresponding previous year. The net profit stood at Rs. 29.1** crore as against Rs. 13.3*** crore in the corresponding previous year. The Board has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (50%). The Company reported sales of Rs. 257 crore, for the quarter ended March 31, 2019, as against Rs. 244 crore on comparable basis for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
