Governing Law:
Use of Chemical Market website and its services is governed by the laws of the region of Mumbai, India where it is headquatered.
Either party will have the right to terminate the contract by giving written notice to the other party at least 3 months before the end of the initial period of the contract or at least 30 days at any point after the end of the initial period.

foregoing. These terms are not a sale and does not convey to Subscriber any rights of ownership in or related to the DCM Media Private Limited,
the Content, the Digital Properties or the Intellectual Property Rights owned by DCM Media Private Limited. Chemical Market's name,
Chemical Market’ logo, and the product and service names associated with the Site and Service are trademarks of
DCM Media Private Limited or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them unless expressly permitted by
DCM Media Private Limited in writing.
Limited Liability:
The total liability for any lawsuits, injuries, expenses, or damages arising out of or relating to the provided
service will be limited to the fees earned by the Service Provider under this Agreement. In no event will MEMBER or site visitor be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special or other similar damages or loss of revenues, whether foreseeable or not,
occasioned by any default by MEMBER hereunder or any other cause.
Service Payment Flow:
The charging for payments of products and/or services is done by using a third party software and API integrations either by RazorPay or PayTM in India
and Stripe across the world. None of the Credit Card information is stored in the database or documents of DCM Media Private Limited.
The payment integration services takes care of the payment flow and are validated by the third party payment providers before integrating it in the
applications of Chemical Market and services that are provided by DCM Media Private Limited.
