In the year 1969, Mr. Mahendra C Shah started manufacturing Hypophosphite. He was the first one to do so in India. He built up a factory at Dombivali, near Mumbai in the name of Hypophosphite & Co. with the help of National Chemical Laboratories and a German scientist. This plant was the first plant in India to produce Hypophosphite Salts and Hypophosphorous Acid Handle, Yellow Phosphorous (P4) and Phosphine (PH3).

In the year 1984, Mr.Nitin Mahendra Shah had join and started a sister concern named NEEMCCO to expand the manufacturing business under the experience and guidance of Mr.Mahendra Shah with a vision of new technology. Hence they started adapting new technologies and started working with multinational companies. 

We at Neemcco have recently developed polymer chemistry for polyurithene foam. We offer systems for PU Shoe Sole Applications. We are also Equipped To Manufacture Various Grade Of Polyester Polyol Systems For Rigid And Flexible Foam For Other Applications.
