Physical Form:- White granular powder of monoclinic crystals Physical Appearance:- Dry Powder/LargeCrystals Melting Point:- 324.0 °C Sodium Acetate Anhydrous is manufactured by method in which glacial acetic acid and sodium carbonate (or sodium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate) is put into a special reactor which then undergoes a chemical reaction in the reactor to generate crystalline sodium acetate. The evaporating moisture formed in the reaction procedure by using heat produced in the chemical reaction and heat released in the crystallization process to obtain a crystalline sodium acetate.
